Rates

In many situations what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another, so I provide clients with two options; use me as and when you need me (the minimum you can book is one hour) or you can also book a regular number of hours every month by signing up for a monthly retainer. I charge an hourly rate of £30 and have a number of different retainer packages (see below). I track my time, round up or down to the nearest 15 minutes and send a time report with your invoice so you can see a full breakdown of hours.  I'll let you know when you're reaching your limit so you can plan accordingly.  You don’t have to worry about spiralling costs and extra hours can be added if needed.  To begin with, I recommend working on an hourly basis for the first month so we can get an idea of how many hours a month you'll need.

 

RETAINERS

A retainer package gives you a fixed amount of hours per month and is pre-paid, so you can use them as and when you need to. It means you can budget monthly, without any surprises and you get a discount on the standard hourly rate too. Any additional hours are billed at the agreed hourly rate or part thereof.

Basic

£145: five hours of support - timely assistance when you need it

Advanced

£280: 10 hours of support - the most popular package. Give me your admin and get back your time!

Premium

£540: 20 hours of comprehensive support so you can focus your time elsewhere


Oh, and working with me means ...

I don't need costly office space, equipment, supplies or software.  I use my own office and equipment.  

You don't have to pay to recruit or train me.  Yes, I may need a little instruction to begin with, but I have 20+ years of stellar administrative experience and am already skilled in a wide variety of tasks and am always willing to learn more.

I am not an employee, I am an independent contractor and I like to consider myself your hidden little helper, helping your business with anything administrative, or secretarial. This means your business is not responsible for employee related taxes, annual leave and insurances (I have my own Professional Indemnity insurance with Markel). Your business also saves the trouble of finding extra space in your office and there’s no need to supply me with equipment, as I have my own!

Do I need to sign a contract? Yes! It protects your business and my business. Keeping us both in the clear.

There aren’t any hidden costs - all plans are all inclusive with no additional costs. After all I’m here to help you save money!

THE SMALL PRINT

ALL TIME CHARGED IS ROUNDED UP OR DOWN TO THE NEAREST 15 MINUTES. A MINIMUM CHARGE OF ONE HOUR (£30) APPLIES TO EACH JOB.

PAYMENT FOR ALL WORK IS DUE WHEN EACH PROJECT IS COMPLETED. INVOICES ARE ITEMISED AND EMAILED MONTHLY OR ON COMPLETION OF WORK.  ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS INCURRED INCLUDE POSTAGE, PRINTING, PHONE CALLS OR SPECIAL MATERIALS WILL BE ITEMISED SEPARATELY ON THE INVOICE.  CLIENTS MUST SIGN A SERVICE AGREEMENT BEFORE SERVICES COMMENCE.

PAYMENT TERMS ARE STRICTLY SEVEN (7) DAYS VIA BANK TRANSFER.

CONFIDENTIALITY IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE WHICH IS WHY I ALSO SEND OUT A CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT (NDA) AND I AM HAPPY TO SIGN ONE IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TOO.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, ALL WORK IS QUALITY CHECKED, HOWEVER, IT IS THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROOFREAD AND CHECK ALL COMPLETED AND RETURNED WORK.
